A wealthy Russian-American car exporter was sentenced to eight years in prison Wednesday for procuring girls from a Russian orphanage to have sex with them.
Andrew Mogilyansky, 39, of suburban Philadelphia raped one girl on her 14th birthday and a 13-year-old in her first sexual encounter, the victims said in letters to the court.
The original indictment and an $8 million civil lawsuit accuse Mogilyansky of helping finance and run an online child-sex ring aimed at rich international customers. However, he pleaded guilty only to being a customer of the now-defunct "Berenika" ring.
"I still feel his repugnant breath. I hate him," one of the victims, now 18, wrote in a statement read in court.
Friends from Mogilyanksy's days at Columbia University testified Wednesday, describing him as brilliant and generous, and his wife called him a loving husband and father. A defense psychotherapist concluded he is not a sexual predator.
But the victims wrote that he left them pained, depressed and unable to trust men since the assaults in 2003 and 2004. Mogilyansky was accused of getting the girls from an orphanage on the outskirts of St. Petersburg, then assaulting them at an apartment in the Russian city.
Mogilyanksy received the top of the 78- to 97-month sentencing range negotiated as part of his plea to four "sex tourism" counts.
U.S. District Judge Mary A. McLaughlin decried "this business of going abroad to have sex with young girls." She found the defendant's accomplishments impressive but called his crimes "grave."
"To take young teenagers from that orphanage to an apartment and have sex with them is a grave criminal act," McLaughlin said.
Mogilyansky had lived in Richboro northeast of Philadelphia with his wife and their three toddlers until his bail was revoked following his December arrest.
"It wasn't until after I was arrested that I looked myself in the mirror and said, 'How could I have done this?'" Mogilyansky told the judge. "This isn't me."
Prosecutors previously estimated his wealth at $5 million to $10 million, and said he earned $750,000 a year as the owner of several businesses, including IFEX Global in Bensalem, the car exporting company.
But defense lawyer Jack McMahon scoffed at suggestions his client remains a millionaire, and prosecutors did not challenge his request for a low fine of $12,500.
Mogilyansky must also pay each victim $5,000 restitution, register as a sex offender after his release and serve 15 years of federal probation.
More than 50 "sex tourism" cases have been brought in the U.S. under the 2003 Protect Act, which aims to prosecute Americans who travel overseas — beyond the reach of U.S. law — to have sex with children.
The criminal case stems from a related 2006 trial in Russia that spawned several convictions, one of which brought a defendant a 10-year sentence.
The civil suit, based in part on evidence from the Russian trial, seeks $8 million in damages from Mogilyansky and others on behalf of five alleged victims. Civil lawyers for the plaintiffs and Mogilyansky did not immediately return calls Wednesday.

Timothy Strobl Indicted for Producing Child Porn
An investigation into child pornography that began in Germany ended with a North Whitehall Township man admitting Friday that he filmed two children engaging in sexually explicit conduct and shared the images on the Internet.
Timothy W. Strobl, 29, of 2596 Prince Drive in the Highland Heights development, faces up to 60 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to two counts of production of child pornography. He also admitted to having 20,000 images of child porn.
Strobl was indicted in June after an investigation that began when the German Federal Police alerted U.S. officials in 2007 that someone from the United States was offering pornographic images of children online. All of the children were under 6 years old.
The German police searched one particular peer-to-peer file-sharing network and found several Internet Protocol addresses associated with Internet providers in the United States.
Agents with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement met with their German counterparts and investigated, eventually tracing the files to a computer in the Lehigh Valley.
Immigration agents issued a subpoena in 2008 to PenTeleData, the Internet provider for the Internet Protocol address that was tracked to the home where Strobl lives with his parents.
Federal agents raided Strobl's home in February and found three computers, three hard drives, two cameras and voluminous images of child porn.
In an interview with agents, Strobl said he had filmed and photographed several children, some only 3 years old, and uploaded the films and photos to a file-sharing network accessed by others interested in child porn, according to court files.
Prosecutors said Strobl filmed and took pictures of the children at an unidentified home in Nazareth. Some were in a bathtub, while others were on a bed or floor. Strobl shared more than 600 images online in 2006 and 2007, prosecutors said.
Strobl also admitted he had been collecting porn for more than 12 years.
He faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison and also agreed to five years' supervised release and payment of $500,000 in fines.
Strobl is scheduled to be sentenced in November in Philadelphia.
No one was at the Strobl home Friday afternoon. The stone-sided rancher sits at the end of the quiet development in North Whitehall.
His neighbors didn't want to talk about Strobl, some because they didn't know him and one because he didn't feel it would be right to talk about the case without knowing all the facts.
Court records show Strobl had only been charged with traffic violations before he was hit with the federal charges.

John Jackey Worman Jailed for 120 Years for Sexual Assault
A "psychopath" pedophile has been jailed for 120 years after making a huge collection of child pornography that shows him sexually assaulting a dozen children.
The FBI found John Jackey Worman in 2007 with more than one million indecent images of youngsters, some of whom were at his girlfriend's 'in-home' day care.
"I cannot know... what was going through your head while you were molesting my daughter. Was it a big joke as I pulled away each day?" a mother who used the day care service said while testifying at his trial.
Worman, 42, made girls perform sex acts for school lunch money in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He told prison doctors he felt no remorse for sexually "anointing" his victims.
"I am totally at peace with everything I have done," Worman said, according to district judge Lawrence Stengel.
The judge, who sentenced Worman on Wednesday, described him as a psychopath who sponged off women and sadistically coerced his young victims.
A teenager who had been abused for several years tipped off authorities after watching an episode of TV show Law & Order about child sexual abuse.
It was only when the victim saw the program that she realized Worman's attacks were wrong, assistant US attorney Michelle Rotella said.
Jurors at the trial, who sometimes asked for breaks from viewing the harrowing evidence, convicted Worman of 56 child pornography offences.
His girlfriend, baby sitter Concetta Jackson, is in prison awaiting sentence after admitting to a child pornography charge.
Prosecutors said the 46-year-old procured some of the victims.
Worman's ex-girlfriend, Dorothy Prawdzik, 45, was also jailed in April for 30 years after being convicted of assisting with and participating in the attacks.
William Reynolds Charged with Sexual Assault
A Willingboro Recreation Department employee was charged with sexually assaulting a girl in his home, Burlington County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi and Willingboro Director of Public Safety Gregory Rucker announced Wednesday.
William G. Reynolds, 40, of Southampton Drive in Willingboro, was arrested Tuesday and lodged in Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly. He was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault.
Superior Court Judge Patricia R. LeBon ordered him held on $100,000 bail during his first court appearance Wednesday. If he makes bail, Reynolds cannot have contact with the victim and cannot have unsupervised contact with any unrelated minors, the judge said.
Authorities said an investigation revealed the assaults occurred on separate occasions in 2007 inside Reynolds' home. Reynolds instructed the 13-year-old girl not to tell anybody about the assaults, according to prosecutors.
Due to the nature of the charges and the need to protect the victim's identity, prosecutors would not release any additional information.
Detectives from the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office's Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Unit and the Willingboro Police Department conducted the investigation.
In June, Reynolds' brother, Thomas R. Reynolds Jr., 50, of Westampton, pleaded guilty to sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Thomas Reynolds, a former service clerk for a transportation company, admitted that he abused one boy from 2002 to 2006, starting when the child was 11. He also acknowledged assaulting another boy over a two-year period from May 2001 to August 2003, starting when the child was 15.
Thomas Reynolds admitted touching another boy for several months in 2006, when the child had just turned 15.
He faces seven to 10 years in state prison when he is sentenced next month.

Steven Garber Sentenced for Beating, Burning, and Starving Child
The parents of a child who was beaten, burned and starved nearly to death last year were sentenced Thursday by a Blair County judge.
The father will go to a state correctional institution and the mother to Blair County Prison.
Steven Garber, 26, of Altoona RD 1 will serve 10 to 25 years behind bars and then serve 12 years' probation. Once Garber gets out of prison, he will not be allowed to have contact with children younger than 18, Judge Elizabeth Doyle ordered.
Garber entered guilty pleas to two counts of aggravated assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
At the sentencing, Blair County Assistant District Attorney Deanne Paul said Garber was so "demented" that he carried pictures of the child's injuries on a flash drive which he had on his key ring. She said he showed no remorse.
Paul broke down in court and was unable to speak as she described the physical abuse and pain the child suffered between February and July 2008 when city police and officials of Blair County Children and Youth Services entered the child's home and took the 13-month-old toddler into custody.
Melissa Hunter, 20, of 60th Street entered pleas to endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. She will serve 11 to 23 months in county jail, followed by 12 years' probation.
Hunter described herself as a "dependent person" who did not act to stop the repeated beatings inflicted on the child by Garber.
The child's court-appointed guardian, attorney Mary Ann Probst, described the child as "gaunt" when he was first admitted to the hospital. He has regained his health, she said, describing the youngster, now in the custody of grandparents, as a "delightful child."
When it came to Hunter, the court placed an emphasis on teaching her how to be a good parent.
Hunter was ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation. She also will participate in Women Aware, a program for women who are easily dominated by others, and take parenting classes through the county.
Hunter had another child after her arrest in July 2008. She told Doyle she didn't know she was pregnant at the time.
She is likely to regain custody of her children upon the completion of her jail term, according to Altoona Detective Sgt. Ben Jones and Paul.
Doyle told Hunter that while a majority of the "terrible acts" against the child were committed by Garber, she, too, bore responsibility.
"We can't excuse your role. ... You do bear responsibility for the condition of your son," Doyle said.
Jones investigated the abuse, which began when the baby was 7 months old. He said that if police and county officials had not intervened, the child would have died.
Garber was accused by police of regularly beating the child with a closed fist, burning the child's fingers with a cigarette lighter and slamming the child's head on a concrete floor.
When taken into custody, the toddler had bruises on his body, lumps on his head and healing bone fractures.
Garber and Hunter were both lodged in Blair County Prison late Thursday.

Bus Driver Anthony James Leffler Accused of Molesting Boy on Bus
A Port Authority bus driver accused of molesting a boy on his empty bus July 3 on Freeport Road will stand trial.
Anthony James Leffler, 52, of the Morningside neighborhood of Pittsburgh, faces misdemeanor charges of reckless endangerment, indecent assault, endangering the welfare of a child and corruption of minors.
On Monday, prosecutors without comment dropped an unlawful restraint charge, a felony, against Leffler.
Leffler's attorney, Anthony Foglia, insisted yesterday that the remaining charges are a mistake because he says nothing improper happened.
In an affidavit, investigators said a Port Authority surveillance camera captured the incident.
Leffler's attorney said a judge and jury will treat the case differently when they see the tape.
"There is no illegal sexual conduct at all. There was no crime," Foglia said outside the courtroom.
Leffler "doesn't know what he did wrong," Foglia said.
An assistant district attorney declined comment yesterday.
The Valley News Dispatch does not identify people purported to be the victim of sexual assault.
The charges were held for court by District Judge David Sosovicka of Harmar.
Leffler is scheduled to be formally charged Oct. 1 in Allegheny County Court in Pittsburgh.

Nelvin Paz Wanted for Child Sexual Abuse
Police say a man brought a 14-year-old girl from Pennsylvania to northern Virginia for sex, and now officers need your help tracking him down.
Leesburg Police say 24-year-old Nelvin Paz, also known as Isai Paz, had met the girl before. And on Tuesday, they arranged to meet and travel to the D.C. area.
Her parents didn't know about the trip, and they reported the girl as a runaway.
The girl was found unharmed in a single-family home in Leesburg on Wednesday. Paz is now wanted for indecent liberties and child sexual abuse. He is described as a Hispanic man, 5-foot-7, 150 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and a large tattoo on his left shoulder.

James Walter Crellin Arrested for Child Porn
State police have charged a Christiana man after a two-month investigation during which computers were seized from his home.
James Walter Crellin, 22, of the 200 block of East Slocum Avenue, faces 55 counts of sexual abuse of children and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
Several computers and drug paraphernalia were seized from his home April 29, police said. The computers were forensically examined and contained multiple movie and image files of child pornography, police said.
Crellin was arraigned before District Judge Isaac Stoltzfus on Monday and released on $30,000 unsecured bail, police said.

Charles Reynolds Arrested for Forcing 7-year-old to Perform Sex Acts
CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa.
A Johnstown man forced a seven year old boy to give him oral sex, then threatened to shoot a witness if she told anyone, Johnstown police said.
62 year old Charles Reynolds faces a number of charges, including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, indecent assault, and corruption of minors.
Police said the assault took place Wednesday in Reynolds’ house in the city's Prospect Homes neighborhood. He reportedly made the victim give him oral sex. A woman was home at the time and saw what happened. She told police Reynolds threatened to shoot her if she told anyone.
Cambria county children and youth services learned of the case and contacted Johnstown police on Friday. Detectives went to Reynolds' home to question him about the assault.
Inside they found a handgun; several pellet guns and a taser. A resident at the home reported seeing Reynolds use the tazer on the 7 year old victim as well as his 5 year old brother.
Reynolds is a felon. In 1999 he was convicted on drug charges. As a result he's not allowed to have any firearms.
Reynolds was taken into custody early Saturday morning and arraigned on three felony and five misdemeanor charges.
Reynolds was lodged in the Cambria County jail on $100,000 bail.

Operation Sentinel Arrest 18 for Child Porn
The chirping birds didn't wake the family sleeping inside a brick-faced house in Voorhees Thursday morning as the sun rose on a quiet, suburban street.
Local, state and federal law-enforcement officers, though, were spread out like a noose around the home and stealthily tightened their circle and they passed a patch of sunflowers, a children's tricycle and a pair of pink Hello Kitty rain boots.
A series of loud thuds on the front door echoed through the neighborhood and inside the home, one of New Jersey's most active downloaders and uploaders of child-pornography images and videos woke up.
"This is the police, we have a search warrant," an officer barked after repeated knocks. "Open the door."
Thursday was day four of Operation Sentinel, a weeklong series of predawn raids orchestrated by the Camden County Prosecutor's Office that culminated in 18 arrests across South Jersey, including the gritty streets of Camden and the picturesque borough of Haddonfield.
The suspects had downloaded or uploaded graphic images and videos of prepubescent children being raped, sexually assaulted and abused, authorities said. Some of the victims were infants.
All of the suspects are males. Six of them are juveniles.
"They are married, single and divorced," Camden County Prosecutor Warren Faulk said during an afternoon news conference yesterday. "They are fathers, grandfathers and sons."
Once inside the raided homes, law enforcers gathered all occupants in one spot, most seemingly still half-asleep and confused, then quickly tried to track down where the computers were and who used them the most.
Sometimes they knew who the suspects were right away just from the look on their faces. Other times it was a surprise. In the Voorhees house, a 14-year-old boy was charged.
The noose had been tossed around the home long before officers crept through the grass there. For the past year, investigators with the Major Crimes Unit of the Camden County Prosecutor's Office and the New Jersey State Police have been identifying the homes of suspects uploading and downloading child pornography through an Internet Protocol address.
Police are looking for people downloading and uploading videos of child pornography because the videos bring stronger charges than still images. Investigators also tend to focus on the most graphic videos, often of children who have yet to hit puberty, so there are no gray areas or sympathetic juries.
"We're not going to have a medical expert come in and try to contest the age of these girls," said Gary McBride, a senior investigator with the Major Crimes Unit.
The downside is that those videos have to be viewed by law enforcement, and written summaries of their contents include words such as "father," "ejaculate" and "mouths."
A video of a murder would have been a godsend for Lt. Marty Devlin of the Major Crimes Unit during the hundreds of homicides he investigated in the county and in Philadelphia, where he spent more than 25 years as a detective.
Watching child pornography, Devlin said, is committing the rape and abuse all over again. One video that makes Devlin's jaw clench is of a little girl named "Vicky," who he said seems happy despite "everything you can think of sexually" being done to her by her father.
"Here's a little girl who is probably happy just to be spending time with her father," he said. "Law enforcement got lucky and found her."
When children are found in the homes during the raids, as was the case in the Voorhees juvenile suspect's house, the county's child-abuse unit comes in to question them. It's no big leap, Devlin said, to believe the suspects downloading the porn may some day look for the real thing.
"We're trying to stop young perverts before they become old perverts," he said. "We have plenty more in the pipeline too."
Devlin said authorities are still investigating whether child abuse took place in any of the homes.
Jordan Winczuk, one of the suspects arrested Monday in Oaklyn, had been indicted in March, accused of sexually assaulting five children.
A few miles from the Voorhees house, investigators were combing through suspect John Carpenter's lavish home on Royal Court, a street where luxury cars sat parked in driveways and fake palm trees sprouted from front lawns.
And, Devlin said, the operation hit the streets of Camden yesterday. "You get all walks of life with this stuff." *
Local, state and federal law-enforcement officers, though, were spread out like a noose around the home and stealthily tightened their circle and they passed a patch of sunflowers, a children's tricycle and a pair of pink Hello Kitty rain boots.
A series of loud thuds on the front door echoed through the neighborhood and inside the home, one of New Jersey's most active downloaders and uploaders of child-pornography images and videos woke up.
"This is the police, we have a search warrant," an officer barked after repeated knocks. "Open the door."
Thursday was day four of Operation Sentinel, a weeklong series of predawn raids orchestrated by the Camden County Prosecutor's Office that culminated in 18 arrests across South Jersey, including the gritty streets of Camden and the picturesque borough of Haddonfield.
The suspects had downloaded or uploaded graphic images and videos of prepubescent children being raped, sexually assaulted and abused, authorities said. Some of the victims were infants.
All of the suspects are males. Six of them are juveniles.
"They are married, single and divorced," Camden County Prosecutor Warren Faulk said during an afternoon news conference yesterday. "They are fathers, grandfathers and sons."
Once inside the raided homes, law enforcers gathered all occupants in one spot, most seemingly still half-asleep and confused, then quickly tried to track down where the computers were and who used them the most.
Sometimes they knew who the suspects were right away just from the look on their faces. Other times it was a surprise. In the Voorhees house, a 14-year-old boy was charged.
The noose had been tossed around the home long before officers crept through the grass there. For the past year, investigators with the Major Crimes Unit of the Camden County Prosecutor's Office and the New Jersey State Police have been identifying the homes of suspects uploading and downloading child pornography through an Internet Protocol address.
Police are looking for people downloading and uploading videos of child pornography because the videos bring stronger charges than still images. Investigators also tend to focus on the most graphic videos, often of children who have yet to hit puberty, so there are no gray areas or sympathetic juries.
"We're not going to have a medical expert come in and try to contest the age of these girls," said Gary McBride, a senior investigator with the Major Crimes Unit.
The downside is that those videos have to be viewed by law enforcement, and written summaries of their contents include words such as "father," "ejaculate" and "mouths."

Several People Arrested for Child Porn
The Camden County Prosecutor this afternoon released the names of more than a dozen people arrested following a yearlong investigation targeting people who allegedly downloaded child pornography.
Police this morning made arrests in Pennsauken and Camden, concluding a series of raids that began Monday and took officers to a number of towns, including Haddonfield and Voorhees, in recent days.
According to the prosecutor's office, those arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child by possessing child pornography, a 4th degree crime, are:
Jordan Winczuk, 24, an unemployed single male, of the 100 block of W. Holly Avenue, Oaklyn. He is also charged with distribution, the prosecutor said.
Michael Connelly, 51, a married police dispatcher, of the 1300 block of Elm Avenue in Haddon Township. He is also charged with distribution.
Samuel Sanders IV, 18, a single student, of the first block of Jasmine Lane, Gloucester Township.
James Patry, 46, a married truck driver, of the 100 block of New Brooklyn Road, Winslow. He is also charged with distribution.
David Bellocchio, 38, a single convenience store supervisor, of the first block of Constitution Blvd., Berlin Borough. He is also charged with distribution.
Clarence Pribus, 67, a married and retiree, of the 2100 block of Carriage Lane, Waterford.
Tim Schiffman, 27, a single military employee, of the 200 block of Barberry Lane, Haddonfield.
George C. Walter, 61, a married retiree, of the 100 block of Valley Place, Cherry Hill.
Jonathan Carpenter, 25, a single car salesman, of the first block of Royal Court, Voorhees. Car salesman, single.
Keith Jackson, 19, a single student, of the first block of Southgate Drive, Voorhees.
Jose Suarez, 30, a single port worker, of the 700 block of River Road, Camden. He is also charged with distribution.
Keenan Bain, 25, a single materials handler, of the 400 block of Carl Miller Blvd., Camden. He is also charged with distribution.
A warrant has also been issued for Walter Taylor III, 25, of the 1200 block of Lakeshore Drive, Camden. Unknown profession, single.
Two others are also being sought. Their names are being withheld at this time. The prosecutor's office did not release the names of several juveniles arrested in the sweep.

Sex Offender Jose Ruiz Arrested for Sexual Abuse
Already serving 16 to 32 years in state prison and designated a sexually violent predator, Jose J. Ruiz is back in York County court, accused of sexually abusing three more young girls.
In 2007, a jury convicted Ruiz of rape of a child, involuntary deviated sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, indecent assault and corruption of minors.
Testimony at that trial was that Ruiz, now 30, sexually assaulted one girl between ages 8 and 10 during an eight-month period in 2003 and 2004 in the city. The jury also convicted him of unlawful contact with another girl, between ages 9 and 10, in 2005 and 2006.
York City Police Detective Dana Ward testified Tuesday that, days before the 2007 trial began, three other young girls came forward with similar allegations of sexual abuse.
Charges -- including multiple counts of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault and corruption of minors -- filed after that investigation resulted in this week's trial in Common Pleas Court.
Before a jury Tuesday, Ward testified in graphic detail about the sexual acts Ruiz allegedly performed on the girls under threat and forced them to perform on each other.
First Assistant District Attorney Jeffrey Boyles rested his case Tuesday.
The trial was recessed until today after defense attorney Korey Leslie requested a Spanish translator for witnesses he intends to call.

Carlos Rivera Arrested for Sex Crimes
A man accused of being a sexual predator by Pennsylvania authorities was arrested in Jersey City last week in a joint operation between several law enforcement agencies, the Hudson County's Sheriff's Office said.
Carlos Taino Rivera, 29, Hummelstown, Pa., was wanted in Duaphin County in Pennsylvania on charges of statutory sexual contact, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and unlawful contact with a minor, said Hudson County Sheriff Juan M. Perez.
Hudson County Sheriff's Office detectives Oliver King and Javier Martinez and members of the U.S. Marshal's New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Rivera early Tuesday morning at the Lincoln Street home of a woman he was visiting, officials said.
Other agencies involved with the arrest were the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, New Jersey State Police and Bergen County Sheriff's Office.
Perez commended the teamwork between the agencies, saying that in bringing fugitives to justice they were "protecting the people of Hudson County."

Joseph Michael Graber III Arrested for Posssession of Child Porn
A borough man was charged Friday with possessing child pornography on his home computer as well as endangering the welfare of children.
Joseph Michael Graber III, 39, was arrested Friday morning after officers raided his Blackfoot Trail home and found sexually explicit photographs and videos of children on a computer hard drive, police said. Equipment that included a desktop and laptop computer and unspecified media related to the case was seized.
Graber also is suspected of distributing an explicit photo to a person he believed to be a juvenile girl. Police did not specify what the photo showed or depicted or identify the person who sent the image.
Graber was charged with endangering the welfare of children, possessing child pornography and promoting obscene material. He was sent to Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly in lieu of $102,500 bail.
The case was investigated by Sgt. Darren Dogostino with assistance from the New Jersey State Police's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Charges were filed July 2 by Greensburg Sgt. Robert Jones, a member of the state police Area III Computer Crimes Task Force. In addition, Westmoreland County detectives charged Burnett with statutory sexual abuse, aggravated indecent assault and criminal coercion.
Jeannette District Judge Joseph DeMarchis set a $25,000 bond for Burnett.
According to a criminal complaint filed by Jones, Burnett uploaded sexually explicit pictures of a 15-year-old Jeannette girl into a Myspace Web page. Burnett allegedly photographed the victim with his mobile phone between Jan. 19, 2008 and July 24, 2008, coercing her to perform sexual acts, according to the complaint.
"Burnett used ... access to her personal account to attempt to psychologically control the victim," the complaint read. "He would threaten her that he would disseminate the aforementioned sexually explicit photographs through her Myspace account to attempt to get her to do what he wanted."
A search warrant was served April 6 on Burnett's residence, during which police seized two computers and Burnett's mobile phone.
A forensic analysis of the phone recovered 10 photographs and eight movie files of Burnett and the victim engaged in sexual acts. The complaint alleges Burnett posted four explicit photographs of the victim on her Myspace account.
A preliminary hearing for Burnett will be held July 23 before DeMarchis.

David Cuspilich Arrested for Sexual Assault
A Delanco man was arrested Thursday on charges of sexually assaulting a girl multiple times over a period of several years, the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office announced.
David Cuspilich, 37, of Spruce Street, was charged with two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, three counts of second-degree sexual assault and two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of children, according to Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi and Delanco police Lt. George N. Sacalis.
If convicted on all counts, Cuspilich could receive a life sentence.
Authorities allege the assaults occurred over a six-year period beginning when the victim was 9. Because of the nature of the charges and the need to protect the victim's identity, the prosecutor's office did not release any further information.
Cuspilich, a mortgage broker, made his first appearance in Superior Court on Friday before Judge Patricia R. LeBon. She lowered his bail from $150,000 to $100,000 after hearing from his defense attorney, John Sitzler.
Sitzler said Cuspilich has no prior record, is a lifelong resident of Burlington County, owns property here, and has strong family ties to the area. He said the defendant's family could make the $100,000 bail.
"He has a reputation for honesty and integrity in the community," Sitzler said. He also told Cuspilich, who appeared by closed-circuit television from Burlington County Jail, to not discuss the case with anyone but him.
Assistant Prosecutor Jennifer Stonerod said the bail range for the charges was between $150,000 and $300,000. She argued for the bail to remain at $150,000 because of the seriousness of the charges and the proofs of the case.
LeBon lowered the bail after citing Cuspilich's lack of a record and ties to the county. She ordered him to have no contact with the victim and no unsupervised contact with minors.
The prosecutor's office's Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Unit and the Delanco Police Department conducted the investigation, which authorities said is still ongoing.

According to the criminal complaint, Burnett used his cell phone to take pictures of the victim between January and July of last year. Police said he threatened to make the pictures public if she didn't do what he wanted.
Police said he eventually posted four photos on the victim's MySpace page, the Trib reported.

Michael Lisbon Charged with Sexually Assaulting Girl
A Somerset County man being questioned Friday during the investigation of the rape and sexual assault of a child in 2006 was also charged with drug violations after state police said they found he was in possession of cocaine and marijuana, state police said.
Michael Eugene Lisbon, 28, of Jennerstown, was charged yesterday in the sexual assault of a girl who was 10 at the time of the incident. He was jailed in the Somerset County Jail on $50,000 bond in that case, which is still under investigation, police said.

John Bossert Jr & Others Arrested in Internet Sting
A Hereford Township man was one of three people apprehended in an Internet child predator sting operated by the Pennsylvania Attorney general's office.
John T. Bossert Jr., 37, of the 900 block of Gravel Pike, was arrested Friday and accused of having sexually explicit online conversations with an investigator posing as a 13-year-old girl.
Bossert was arrested at home by state police and charged with unlawful contact with a minor and related offenses. He was committed to Berks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail after arraignment before District Judge Michael G. Hartman. He later posted bail.
Also arrested in the sting were Randy L. Hart, 40, of Mount Carmel, Northumberland County, and Manpreet S. Nibber, 49, Burtonsville, Md.

Thomas Reynolds Jr Pleads Guilty to Sexually Assaulting 2 Boys
A 50-year-old Westampton man pleaded guilty Monday to sexually assaulting two boys and inappropriately touching a third over the course of several years.
Thomas R. Reynolds Jr. of Lawrence Drive faces state prison when sentenced in September for two counts of sexual assault and a count of endangering the welfare of a child. He entered the plea before Superior Court Judge Patricia R. LeBon.
Reynolds, a former service clerk for a transportation company, admitted that he abused one boy from 2002 to 2006, starting when the child was 11. He also acknowledged assaulting another boy over a two-year period from May 2001 to August 2003, starting when the child was 15.
Reynolds admitted touching another boy for several months in 2006, when the child had just turned 15. He acknowledged he touched all the boys for his own sexual gratification. All the contact occurred in Pemberton Township.
Reynolds’ sentence will be determined after he is evaluated at the state’s Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center, a state prison that evaluates and treats sex offenders in custody.
Advertisement If professionals find Reynolds’ behavior is “compulsive and repetitive,” if he is amenable to treatment, and if he is willing to participate in treatment, LeBon will sentence him to seven years, to be served at the center, according to the plea agreement.
If his behavior is not compulsive and repetitive or if he is unwilling to be treated, he will receive a 10-year sentence, to be served in another state prison, Assistant Prosecutor Kevin Morgan said.
Regardless of the custodial part of his sentence, Reynolds will have to register as a sex offender under Megan’s Law and be on parole supervision for life after his release, according to the plea deal. Conditions of that parole could restrict where he is allowed to live, work and travel, among other things, LeBon said.
If he is found to be a “sexually violent” predator, he could be civilly committed for life.

Reynolds, a former service clerk for a transportation company, admitted that he abused one boy from 2002 to 2006, starting when the child was 11. He also acknowledged assaulting another boy over a two-year period from May 2001 to August 2003, starting when the child was 15.
Reynolds admitted touching another boy for several months in 2006, when the child had just turned 15. He acknowledged he touched all the boys for his own sexual gratification. All the contact occurred in Pemberton Township.
Reynolds’ sentence will be determined after he is evaluated at the state’s Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center, a state prison that evaluates and treats sex offenders in custody.
Advertisement If professionals find Reynolds’ behavior is “compulsive and repetitive,” if he is amenable to treatment, and if he is willing to participate in treatment, LeBon will sentence him to seven years, to be served at the center, according to the plea agreement.
If his behavior is not compulsive and repetitive or if he is unwilling to be treated, he will receive a 10-year sentence, to be served in another state prison, Assistant Prosecutor Kevin Morgan said.
Regardless of the custodial part of his sentence, Reynolds will have to register as a sex offender under Megan’s Law and be on parole supervision for life after his release, according to the plea deal. Conditions of that parole could restrict where he is allowed to live, work and travel, among other things, LeBon said.
If he is found to be a “sexually violent” predator, he could be civilly committed for life.
