Charles Holbrook Arrested for Child Porn

Charles Holbrook found himself in familiar territory: under arrest for child porn for the second time in a decade.

Holbrook, who lives on Longstreet in Wyoming was arraigned today on two counts of Child Sexually Abusve Material, two counts of possession of child pornography, a weapons charge and accosting a child for immoral purposes.

Police worry there could be other victims out there.

Last Friday, Child Protective Services tipped off police; allegations of misconduct in the house owned by Holbrook, called 'Uncle Chuck' by some in the Wyoming neighborhood. Officers raided the house. Neighbor Kevin West told FOX 17 News, "I saw them throw something out, looked like a hard drive out the front door."

Police say they took dozens of bags with pornographic images of children and teens, 3 computers, and several guns, which are illegal for a felon to own. Police haven't been able to identify some of victims in the photos yet. Court records say he recently took naked photos of a child and asked a 14 year old girl to have sex with him.

Back in 2000, Holbrook was caught with child pornographic photos dating back to the 1970's. He pled no contest to third degree criminal sexual conduct. "When you think about child you think about innocence, and it's situations like this that destroy that or take that innocence away," Lt. Scott Beckman told FOX 17 News.

Holbrook faces up to 20 years behind bars if convicted. He's being held on $500,000 bond, and will be back in court August 19th.

Officer Todd Lengsfeld Arrested for Child Molestation

As a result of an investigation requested on July 28 by Newnan Police Chief Douglas Meadows, a Newnan PD officer was arrested yesterday by the GBI on child molestation charges.

The arrest of Todd Lengsfeld, 34, an 11 year veteran with Newnan PD, was based on his alleged sexual relationship with 15-year-old female. The investigation was conducted by agents in the GBI’s Columbus Regional Office

Officer Lawrence Ross Frame Charged with Possession of Child Porn

Federal prosecutors say a New Castle police officer videotaped himself engaging in sex acts with a 16-year-old girl in 2008.

Forty-five-year-old Lawrence Ross Frame was charged Wednesday with possession of child pornography and five counts of production of child pornography.

He faces 15 to 30 years in prison on each production count and up to 10 years on the possession charge.

The girl's mother approached New Castle police Tuesday morning. Police say federal and other authorities were notified and Frame, a detective, was quickly arrested.

Frame resigned from the police department on Wednesday after nearly 20 years on the force. A message seeking information on whether Frame had a lawyer was left with the U.S. attorney's office in Indianapolis.

Daniel Gayle Grahm Arrested on Felony Warrant

Sheriff Jim Whalen of Teton County, Wyoming, says deputies have arrested a registered sex offender wanted on a felony warrant with a $50,000 bond.

Daniel Gayle Graham, 60, is a registered sex offender originally convicted with the forced sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl in Canada. He had been living in Arkansas. Stone County, Arkansas, authorities told the Teton County Sheriff's Office a sex offender had left their county and was possibly in Teton County.

The sheriff's office started investigating where Graham could be and with some tips they found him in the 100 block of East Snow King Tuesday afternoon. The sheriff says Graham told deputies he wasn't going to register as a sex offender in the county because he was "on the run."

The Teton County Prosecuting Attorney is reviewing the case to see if the county will charge Graham with any crimes.
