A Port St. Lucie man is accused of sexually abusing a 23-month-old girl while he changed her diaper.
Cory Mrazik is charged with felony child abuse.
Police said initially Mrazik admitted to causing several bruises on the girl.
But during another examination, investigators said, it was revealed the little girl had also been sexually assaulted.
Mrazik denies touching the girl inappropriately.
