Brian Buchholz Charged with Sexual Assault

A 43-year-old York man is set to stand trial on two counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child.

Police say Brian Buchholz forced the girl to watch a pornographic movie and sexually assaulted her.

If convicted on both counts, Buchholz could be sentenced to 100 years in prison.

Buchholz is free on $10,000 bond.
