Authorities say 20-year-old Andrew Rae IV fondled a girl while she attended a daycare operated by his mom. They say the alleged incidents started when the girl was five to nine years old during 1999 to 2004. The victim is 14 now.
Rae was arrested on several counts of sexual battery but is being handled through the juvenile justice system due to his age at the time of the alleged crimes.
Detectives have not released why Rae was charged now. They do say there may be two other victims but they have not been located so the Manatee County Sheriff's Office is asking for help finding them or other victims.

There could potentially be more to this than meets the eye. After all, this fella was only 10 yrs old when this started. Where was mom & dad??? I say Mr. Rae needs help, not sent to jail.
