A 21-year-old Conrath man has been charged with sexually assaulting two boys, ages 9 and 10, in the summer of 2001, according to Rusk County Court records.
Dale E. Sandlin is charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault. Each charge has a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison. His initial court appearance is scheduled for July 7.
