Keith Madsen, a 27-year old Helena man, has been accused of viewing child pornography on a computer while working as a file clerk at Fort Harrison's Veteran's Affairs Medical Center.
Madsen was arrested Wednesday after an investigation by an internet crimes task force.
He faces a felony charge of sexual abuse of children and could face federal charges.
The task force was called after VA officials suspected Madsen of possessing child pornography.
According to court documents, Madsen admitted to using the computer at the hospital to search for pre-teen pornography; a forensic review of his computer revealed the images.
