A North Richland Hills man pleaded guilty Friday to possessing child pornography and faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Immigration and Customs agents went to the residence of Robert Cesare in mid January based on a tip from federal officials in Washington D.C.
When agents examined Cesare's work computer and storage media, they discovered child pornography, a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
Cesare admitted using the Internet to purchase the child pornography found on his computer, the news release said.
