A Bryan man accused of violating the terms of his probation for possession of child pornography may have to serve out his ten year sentence after all.
42-year-old, Rvey Dee Stringer is in the Brazos County Jail and no bond has been set. He's charged with five new counts of possessing and viewing pornographic images on a computer, a direct violation of his probation.
In addition to those charges, Stringer also failed to make monthly payments for fines he was ordered to pay.
In 2006, a relative reported to authorities that Stringer had illegal images on his computer. After a search warrant was executed, authorities say they found more than 100 illegal photos on Stringer's computer. He was arrested and charged with 18 counts of child pornography possession.
A hearing will be held in the near future to determine Stringer's fate.
