Omaha police have arrested a man they believe was viewing child pornography on a city library computer.
Investigators say a security guard at the library caught 54-year-old Terrance Lane looking at a picture of a nude, elementary-aged girl on the computer.
Lane was originally cited for a misdemeanor, but the city attorney has charged him with a felony.
