Tulsa Police took a convicted sex offender into custody for questioning after the kidnapping and possible assault of a young girl.
Police were investigating a report of a missing girl, 18 months to 24 months old, when they came upon the man matching the suspect's description.
Officers say they found him in his vehicle with his pants down. The little girl wasn't wearing any clothes.
She was taken to a Tulsa hospital for an examination.
